Hello, and welcome to my site. I’m glad you’ve taken the time to seek out counselling and hope that I can help with your needs. Having worked with people in a professional therapeutic capacity for more than 18 years, I take pride in helping individuals who are struggling with a wide array of issues, including:
Anxiety
Depression
Anger
Addiction
Relationship Problems
Abuse
Self-Esteem
Trauma
Understanding that everyone is different, I consider it a unique privilege to get to know each person individually and to witness the positive changes in their lives.
I believe that therapy is an intensely collaborative process, in which your knowledge of yourself is just as important as my training, expertise, and experience. Over the years, many of my clients have shared that our sessions made them feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will create a safe space where you can begin to make positive changes to your life.
